Morrow County session approves pay acts, appropriations and appointment; Douglas Street grant certified

Staff said they will certify the receipt and then appropriate the funds to cover outstanding bills for the contractor identified as Steve's construction.
Financial approvals near the session's end included Finance and Pay Act number 14 for $158,072.90 and Pay Act number 9 for VCU Electric for a generator project in the amount of $10,054.68. Speakers discussed a project delay attributed to utility work; Speaker 2 characterized the timing issue as a "Columbia Gas Delay."
The session recessed and later returned to regular business before adjourning. No controversial disputes, reprimands, or litigation actions were raised during the meeting.
