The board approved several personnel items: licensed‑staff leaves of absence for the employees presented, and the hiring of two licensed teachers pending paperwork — an eighth‑grade math teacher at Northlake Middle School and a third‑grade teacher at Sunnyside School, both listed with an effective date of Aug. 18, 2025.
