The superintendent said the district plans to work with the Piedmont Foundation and additional donors to expand training so every teacher and administrator can be trained.
A motion to approve the service agreement was made and seconded; the board voted in favor. Administration described the program as relationship-focused professional development intended to improve classroom engagement and instructional readiness.
