At its November 13 meeting the Worthington City Board of Education approved a series of routine but consequential items in unanimous votes.
The board voted to approve the meeting minutes (Enclosure E1). It then approved the consent agenda (items F2 through F10) after Superintendent Dr. Bowers moved and the motion was seconded. The board also accepted donations listed as item G1 and approved item G2, an easement and right-of-way with American Electric Power related to the new natatorium project.
Additional motions that carried included approval for continued enrollment of a Thomas Worthington High School senior whose guardians have moved out of district (G3) and authorization for the treasurer to advertise for bids for listed capital projects under Ohio Revised Code section 3313.46 (G4). Each item was presented by administration, moved, seconded and approved by voice vote as recorded at the meeting.
No votes to amend or rescind standing district policy were recorded during the meeting. The board adjourned after concluding business for the evening.
