The applicants agreed the violations need immediate attention and accepted a requirement that subcode, fire and health officials sign off before the board finalizes its resolution.
The conditional approval includes standard TRC conditions and these specific requirements: provide final consolidated plans that reconcile sheet discrepancies; provide additional mitigation for truck movements (including consideration of no‑truck and directional signage); add one electric vehicle parking space if required by state parking/EV rules; clean and remove debris/drums from the site; and secure all required building, health and fire approvals.
