Kristen said applicants must have a physical, customer-facing location within the downtown district and that the DDA will take applications, score them using published criteria, and submit up to two candidate applications to the state for final selection.
Staff encouraged interested business owners to begin preparations early and to contact DDA staff for assistance with the application and grant-writing steps.
