County Counsel said the settlements remain subject to final approvals by others and that finalized agreements will be available through the Office of CEO Risk Management.
The board also approved a proposed $60,000 settlement in Leticia Romero v. County of Orange (SCS 3) and rejected a plaintiff's CCP section 998 offer in an automobile accident matter (SCS 4).
