The council voted to adopt Ordinance 20 26-03, an amendment to the Rossford Municipal Planning and Zoning Code that adds adult day cares to the zoning matrix and was declared an emergency so it could take effect immediately. Allison (administrator) said the change "came up through the zoning committee" and reflected suggestions from the zoning inspector.
