Police Jury approves servitude agreements and property expropriations for East Calcasieu consolidated waterworks project

The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury on Feb. 19 adopted multiple resolutions and approvals to advance the East Calcasieu Parish consolidated waterworks project, including permanent and temporary public facilities servitude agreements and the expropriation of specific properties on Highway 90 East in Lake Charles.

The jury approved three agreement types related to permanent public facilities servitude and temporary construction servitude.
