The board then called the vote. The roll call recorded Nancy Woodward, Aubrey Nichols, Jeremy, and Deb Bridges as voting in favor and the motion passed 4‑0.
Board members asked staff whether the district receives follow‑up reports on surplus sales and accounting; staff said they would ask and, in general, proceeds from surplus sales typically return to the program. One board member asked for a follow‑up report on sale outcomes and proceeds; the board chair agreed to request that information from staff.
