FERC adopts consent agenda, notes participation exceptions and honors retiring media director Mary O'Driscoll

The meeting also included remarks honoring Mary O'Driscoll on her retirement. Chairman Phillips recounted that Mary had served since May 2007 as director of the media relations division in the Office of External Affairs and presented her with the Chairman's Medal Award. The Chair said Mary had been the primary spokesperson through nine chairs and praised her service to the Commission.
