After a roll‑call amendment vote the measure passed 4–3 (Kilgore, Knight, Perdue and Balcheck voting yes; Robbins, Yosasi and Mayor LeGrand voting no). The city manager said staff will reflect the amendment in the afternoon fee schedule for formal adoption.
The commission then proceeded to adopt the overall revenue and fee package with that amendment in place.
