Auditor Debbie Crum presented the tax sale contract for services to be used by the treasurer and auditor and said the motion to approve was carried. Commissioners asked whether prior contract amounts were rolled into this consolidation and discussed the potential impact of state legislation (SB 1) on the volume of personal property filings, which the auditor said should reduce filings and therefore future workload. The board voted to approve the contracts.
