Administrative items and continuations - The council opened a full public hearing for the Wally’s redevelopment TIF and voted to continue the hearing to a Dec. 8 special meeting at 5:30 p.m. to satisfy TIF hearing requirements. - Several first-read ordinances (cooperative agreements, surplus property and budget amendments) were introduced for future consideration.
