No citizens spoke in opposition during the commission hearing and Public Works offered no objection; the Planning Commission asked a few clarifying questions about the site's previous review history and then moved a positive recommendation to the Board of Commissioners. The recommendation included the staff caveat for masonry treatment on the canopy columns.
