• Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application: Board approved submission of a CDBG application that retains $1,500,000 for economic development (low‑interest small business loans / façade program) and adds $2,100,000 for diagnostic cleaning and CCTV of the Southeast Regional Wastewater Collection System (90 miles of gravity pipe, 10 miles of force main); motion carried (ayes from Supervisors Owen, Crandall and Rasmussen).
• ERP contract amendment (Averro Advisors, Amendment No. 2): The board approved a contract amendment to continue consultant implementation support for the enterprise resource planning project; motion carried unanimously. Staff said the amendment is within previously budgeted appropriations and is intended to provide project management and subject matter expertise through completion.
• Advisory board appointments: The board approved several appointments, including Leah Robbins (Central Region Town Hall), four appointments to the Child Care Planning Council (Soledad Aguayo, Samantha Bond, Kimberly Gentle, Miriam McNamara) and Sabrina Andress to the Maternal Child and Adolescent Health Advisory Committee; motions carried 3–0.
Motions were carried by the three supervisors present; several items were continued or rescheduled to March 3 (including the ERP presentation and a tax‑default land sale presentation).
