Staff agreed to contact ETC for a projector inspection and to check billboard scheduling via Brent (who maintains the billboard calendar), then report back with repair cost estimates and availability.
The committee concluded that showing student work in several formats (billboard, library display and website slideshow) would reach the broadest audience while staff explores repairing the downtown projector.
