He said a shellfish survey found density thresholds were not exceeded and that the harbor master raised no navigation concerns. Corselli also noted the proposed crossing is about 18% of the pond width (≈350 feet), under the Army Corps' informal 25% crossing guideline.
No public commenters spoke in opposition at the hearing. After the Select Board closed the hearing, a motion to approve the application passed on a voice vote of members present.
