Staff described three engagement methods: five drop-in events at locations including a middle-school basketball game, the YMCA, New College Institute and the Ground Floor coffee shop; a three-month public survey (online and paper); and seven topic-focused focus groups with about 50 participants representing some 30 organizations. "We had 201 survey responses. The goal that we set with city staff was 200. So very pleased to say that we, achieved that goal," Speaker 1 said.
