Board members cited example hourly figures: about $70 per hour historically for some equipment, $125 for a skid steer, and varying payloader rates, and staff said the flat rate evens out costs over multiple years. The superintendent said the board could consider future procurement options — including asking for both hourly and annual pricing — when the district re‑adverts the contract.
On a motion by Steve and second by Owen, the board approved the snow‑removal contract with Sherbenski’s Inc. for the 2025–26 school year.
