The Williamsville Central School District said its Board of Education will meet tonight at 7:00 p.m. at the District Office, the presenter said in a recorded district update. "The next Board of Education meeting is scheduled for tonight at 7PM at the District Office," the presenter stated.
The forum and meeting matter because they provide two immediate opportunities for public engagement with district leadership. The district said the Board will host the first Community Forum of the school year on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Williamsville South High School. "This town hall style meeting will give students, parents, residents, and staff members a chance to talk about any education related issue they wish," the presenter said.
District officials said they and other Board members will attend the Nov. 1 forum to listen and respond to questions from families, staff and community members. Members of the public may attend the meeting tonight at the District Office or the community forum on Nov. 1 to raise concerns or ask questions about education-related topics.
