Board moves to list SiteLogic on energy‑savings contract after solar startup

Separately, staff explained the district issued a request for qualifications for an energy savings performance contract to identify efficiency measures, estimated costs and — if agreed — a project manager for implementation. Staff recommended SiteLogic and said they would edit the agenda to list SiteLogic for the contract dated 07/15/2025. Board members present voiced no objection.
Board members did not finalize contract documents at the meeting and instructed staff to place SiteLogic on the agenda for the upcoming contract action.
