Staff said they would provide additional information as needed and highlighted the district's practice of approving a set of vendor and routing authorizations annually while treating route-level adjustments as a fluid operational matter.
The agenda also included standard approvals of Quigley personnel and a motion to approve transportation for public school, special education, nonpublic and alternative therapeutic education routes for 2025–26. Staff committed to provide more detailed documentation in executive or supplemental materials for board review.
