• Plumbing (agenda item 3.3): Award to BCS Mechanical Incorporated with a base bid of $1,600,000 and alternates including $54,000 for a two-classroom addition and $8,000 for generator replacement; total $1,662,000. The board approved the motion by roll call.
• Electrical (agenda item 3.4): Award to Lehi Electric Inc. with a base bid of $2,128,000 and alternates (classroom addition, generator replacement) for a total contract of $2,404,000. The board approved the motion by roll call with absences noted.
• Roofing (agenda item 3.5): Award to Weatherproofing Technologies for roofing and alternates, with a not-to-exceed total of $1,467,240.69. The board approved the motion after the chair opened the item for questions.
Each item was presented by the chair and moved for approval; roll call tallies show the members present voted yes and two members were absent for the votes. No substantive public comments were made on these items during the meeting.
