Middletown student Tyson Bomburger thanks teachers, describes arts and leadership roles

Bomburger outlined his involvement at Middletown Area SD, saying he is a member of the National Honor Society and serves as class president. He described his arts activities, noting he is the drum major for the band, participates in choir, and takes part in school plays and musicals. He said his favorite role to date was LeFou in Beauty and the Beast and that he will perform in Mary Poppins this year.
Bomburger also said he has an internship with the district's graphic design department and recently was approved to be paid for the position; he described designing posters, shirts and a trailer wrap for the school. He said he plans to attend a four-year college to major in graphic design with a minor in marketing. He closed by thanking his parents, friends, teachers and those involved in selecting him for the recognition.
