Special services asks board to recall three furloughed paraprofessionals for Claysville Elementary

"Special Services is asking to recall the voluntarily furloughed positions to serve as 1 to 1 personal care aides and provide the essential support services ensuring that we meet the needs of our students," he said.
Board members asked procedural questions about the recall process. Administration stated it will contact the three furloughed individuals first and offer them the positions; if those staff decline, the district will seek external candidates.
