Separately, the committee reviewed a maintenance utility vehicle (a replacement for an older Cushman) that includes a sprayer for pre‑salting and turf work. The Chair said the purchase is included in the 2025‑26 budget and members voted aye to proceed.
The board also discussed a proposed senior painted parking program: district to supply materials at an estimated $100 per space (paint cited at $63 per gallon), applications distributed to seniors, and planned summer painting subject to participant count and weather. Board members debated repainting and longevity strategies and agreed to firm up logistics and participation counts before scheduling.
