Mr. Pyle, who joined the meeting online to present the Title I family-engagement compact, described the document as a district playbook for federal-program requirements and school-level activities, noting that Kutztown Elementary currently qualifies for Title I supports and that the plan includes distributing the Title I plan in writing and providing language-access services. "Right now, we have Kutztown Elementary that is, qualified as our title 1 programming," he said, summarizing the compact and the on-site activities that support parent engagement.
