The board approved the minutes from the Aug. 21 meeting after a motion and second; the chair announced the motion passed by voice vote.
Board members also voted to add finance consent items 8.1–8.6 to the Sept. 18 voting agenda and to add educational field trip requests and support services consent items (11.1 and 11.2) to the Sept. 18 agenda. The chair recorded the voice votes as passing.
Personnel consent items (human resources report and an updated drivers list) were presented and approved by voice vote during the meeting.
The board took the procedural step of adding the chiller/13.1 facilities item to the Sept. 18 voting agenda so that specification and procurement decisions may be considered at that meeting.
