Personnel consent items were considered next. The board moved to approve items 10.1 and 10.2 but pulled 10.2 for a roll-call vote. Item 10.1 was approved by voice vote. The roll-call vote on item 10.2 recorded: Mister Huziak — Yes; Doctor Mccozzi — Yes; Missus Manzel — Yes; Mister Shope — Yes; Doctor Sprinker — Yes; Mister Van Zeland — Not present; Mister Whisner — Yes; Mister Zachowitz — Yes; Missus Klein — No. The Chair stated the motion carried with seven votes in favor.
The board approved support-services consent items (12.x) by motion and voice vote. Under athletics, the board approved item 14.1 to hire Taylor Yama as girls lacrosse head coach; a trustee congratulated Yama before the vote.
No contested motions or amendments were recorded in the transcript. The meeting proceeded to the remainder of the agenda and adjourned after the board set its next meeting date.
