Campbell said this is a continuation of the existing arrangement and that open‑enrollment participants had presumed the plan would remain in place. She confirmed the existing agreement expires Sept. 30.
Because the committee lacked a quorum, members did not vote on the resolution; Smith said the matter would go to the legislature for a decision at the legislature's meeting later in the day.
