Port Orford-Langlois board appoints Sam Ross to budget committee

Board members discussed procedure in the event of multiple applicants and noted that if more than one person applies the board would decide at the first budget committee meeting which candidate would join the committee. With only one applicant in hand, the board proceeded with the appointment.
