Pleasant Hill SD 1 picks Osmond Group for site relocation and awards library remodel to TDC Construction

After competitive procurement and review of bids, staff recommended awarding the base bid to TDC Construction of Corvallis for $365,000; the committee approved the award.
Procurement details: staff reported the RFP and mandatory pre-bid conferences were publicly advertised and that the selection processes followed the district’s procurement rules and state statutes. For the site relocation project, staff noted a required seven-day notice-of-intent-to-award period before final contract execution to allow for any protests.
