In a prepared statement to the board, the superintendent said he had the club item placed on the agenda in error and that, after reviewing the club charter and Turning Point materials, he must reject the request for district sponsorship. “Given the fact of the club's charter proposal, of which we still do not have a full official charter submitted ...
