He offered to take photos of board members after the meeting to help reporters identify officials for future coverage.

The board did not take immediate action on Bradburn’s request during the meeting; the chair reminded the public that complaints about individual employees should follow the district's complaint process and that the board generally refrains from responding to public comment about individual staff matters.
