Cascade SD 5 board adopts consolidated organizational-structure resolution, names fiscal and legal designees

The Cascade School District 5 board approved a consolidated annual organizational-structure resolution that combines multiple routine designations into a single action.

The resolution designates Superintendent Darren Drill as district clerk, chief administrator and budget officer; names Fiscal Director William Wong as deputy clerk and custodian of funds; authorizes signature and check-signing authority for legally obtained district expenses; and authorizes investments in accordance with Oregon statute ORS 295.165.
