- CCIP grants: Approved budgets for Title I, II, III, IV, IDEA Part B and IDEA early childhood for 2025-26.
- Policies and donations: Completed first reading of revised policies (discussion only) and accepted musical-instrument donations from the Coventry Grandparents Association.
- Finance items: Placed July and August 2025 financial reports on file, approved POs over $5,000, engaged Rea and Associates to verify Medicaid cost reports, and approved a transfer of $59,408 from the permanent-improvement fund to the maintenance fund as outlined by the Ohio Facilities Commission project agreement.
