Mr. Bassler noted the district is managing routine bills and that a large bond payment arrived by mail (bond payments come twice yearly).
On personnel, the board approved three classified employments for positions including a bus driver, an aide and office support (the superintendent also referenced two educational aide slots and one secretary). The board accepted the supplemental resignation of a coach identified in the record as DJ, who took another position and therefore could not continue in the role. Separately, the board approved nine supplemental employment contracts pending successful background checks; Mr. Fisher emphasized that offers would be withdrawn if those checks failed.
