The board approved compensation for ACEs Digital Academy graders at $500 per subject area, as listed. A motion to approve student teachers’ field experience placements for 2024–25 (four placements listed) passed, and the board discussed and approved the 2025–26 academic calendar. The calendar removes two‑hour late starts and replaces some with full professional‑development days, a change staff said was intended to reduce family scheduling difficulty and allow longer professional learning blocks for staff.
All motions were moved, seconded and approved by roll call during the meeting. The board also approved staff leave without pay as listed, and adjourned following the construction and facilities discussion.
