The transcript records the oath-taking and the meeting being turned over to the newly sworn president; at the oath a speaker said, "I'm Melissa Marrero." The transcript therefore contains inconsistent name references for the president (see audit note). The board also elected Marcus Wilson as vice president after a nomination from Speaker 3.
