Board approves consensus motions, schedules next agenda and authorizes anticipated executive session

During the latter portion of the meeting, the board moved through consent business and recorded multiple motions and votes.

Chair (speaker 2) called for approval of consensus motion number 1; the motion was moved and seconded, and the board carried the motion.
