(general trades; base bid $1,840,000; contract amount listed $2,065,000 including alternates), Diamond Roofing Company, Inc. (roofing; $1,111,510), H.J. Brandless Corporation (mechanical; $1,312,000 and plumbing; $104,000), and Knapp Electric, Inc. (electrical; $568,000). The resolution authorizes the board president or the superintendent to execute contracts and related documents in compliance with the resolution and to take actions necessary to proceed under the contracts.
Board members voted to accept the recommendations and authorize execution; the resolution took effect immediately.
