Board rescinds prior SEEKERS for elementary work and prioritizes high‑school exterior repairs after brickwork damage

The board voted to rescind the prior Seeker and to proceed with documentation and a new SEEKERS focused on the high‑school exterior work. The business office and facilities staff were directed to prepare SEEKERS materials and submit the budget notice so the capital project steps can proceed.
The board’s action was procedural: it does not itself approve final project scope or a construction contract but clears the administrative step needed to pursue SED capital funding and subsequent project approvals.
