Superintendent Dr. Brown confirmed a key financial term: "The tentative agreement includes retroactive pay going back to 07/01/2025." He also told trustees that once the final contract language is ready it will be sent to board counsel for review and that the timing for any board presentation depends on when the signed language is available to the board to vet.
Board members asked about next steps and whether the board would receive a presentation before ratification; Dr. Brown said administration will provide the final contact language and work with the board office on any presentation if trustees request one.
