Wall School District board receives updates on CTE construction, grant bids, curriculum and approves training contract

A motion to contract Blackfield Special Services for two days of explicit-instruction professional learning during teacher pre-service was moved and seconded; the motion passed by voice vote. Board members also discussed meeting-time changes (a proposed shift to 6:00 p.m. for FY 2025 board meetings) and signage/traffic concerns near the powerhouse to clarify school property and consider school-zone designations.
The superintendent announced a $10,000 donation from Pete Lane to support the building project; distribution plans will be coordinated with the donor. The meeting proceeded to a motion to enter executive session to discuss personnel matters under state law; the motion and second were recorded on the transcript.
