Finance director reports audit complete but online revenue platform access remains blocked

"It's still collecting receipts, but I can't access it," he said, describing delays while the vendor verifies credentials; he said he is seeking backup access and expects follow-up with the vendor.
Tara and other board members encouraged redundancy in access and noted the need to avoid single-person dependencies in finance systems. Isaac said he is working with the vendor and with DPI reporting to resolve a few outstanding items before finalizing financial statements.
The board did not take formal action but asked staff to ensure redundancy for critical finance access and to continue working with auditors and DPI.
