One member (Committee member, S2) and others said they preferred delaying a final decision until newly elected members were sworn in to ensure incoming trustees have input. "I would suggest pushing this to May's meeting when we got a new board on and deciding that," S2 said during the discussion.
School business staff noted membership timing and billing practices: the district's fiscal year dues come due in July and the district will receive an invoice in June, giving the board an administrative deadline to act.
