The motion passed on roll call with the following individual votes announced by the clerk: Meister — yes; Canill — yes; Minnow — no; Gerlach — yes; Lyerly — yes; McCoy — yes; Becker — no. The board noted the arrangement is renewed annually.
The resolution authorizes appointment of an independent hearing officer and directs administration to manage contracts and scheduling for hearings.
