The clerk, Stefan, said some items remain pending and require city attorney review before they can be released. "Those have to be cleared by the city attorney," Stefan said, explaining that some requests are still in process.
Commissioners also discussed how department-specific reporting (such as police or fire records) is consolidated into the packet for presentation. One commissioner noted page 70 provides a concise consolidation by month and categories; staff confirmed the packet shows departmental breakdowns alongside a consolidated roll-up.
The Chair noted the report was received and clarified that no motion or vote was required to accept it. "We don't need a motion. We don't take a vote," the Chair said. Commissioners requested staff return with any clarifications or follow-up on the pending items and redaction rules.
The commission did not take formal action beyond receiving the report and asking for clarifications at a future meeting.
