"We picked the top 3, and we've gotten their final sort of quotes and pricing," the chair said, adding that the board will decide among those finalists when it can convene with a quorum. He said staff hopes to have a design by May or June to guide phased improvements to the tennis and pickleball courts.
Why it matters: a master plan would help the board sequence work so that installing new courts does not preclude future amenities the community may want. The chair said the plan aims to provide two-dimensional drawings and three-dimensional renderings to use when seeking funding and community support.
